Glenn Cox

Position: Physiotherapist / Strength & Conditioning Coach
Categories: Physiotherapists

Glenn is a highly experienced physiotherapist, strength & conditioning coach, and massage therapist with over a decade of expertise. He holds dual Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy (University of Sydney) and Exercise Science (Edith Cowan University), as well as advanced credentials in fitness, remedial massage, hand therapy, and upper limb rehabilitation. Glenn is well-equipped to treat a wide range of injuries, with a specialized focus on hand, wrist, and elbow and shoulder rehabilitation, guiding clients from the acute injury phase, through rehab and back to sport or everyday function.

Trained in both Australia and Hong Kong, Glenn takes a holistic, client-centered approach to recovery—using evidence-based exercise prescriptions, dry needling, massage, hand splinting, nutrition strategies, and progressive strength coaching. He has a keen interest in identifying and correcting underlying weaknesses to boost performance and reduce injury recurrence in everyone from athletes to office workers.

Glenn’s background in competitive sport, including being a Hong Kong National Team 400m sprinter, Ironman 70.3 finisher, and Men’s Amateur Physique Finalist, further shapes his understanding of injury, training, and the journey back to peak form.
