I went to see Joseph March to treat an ankle injury from suspected overuse. Joe narrowed it down to being a bruised Talus bone. Joe used acupuncture to get things moving in the right direction and gave me some great exercises to develop strength in both ankles, knees and hip flexors. Then, it was just a matter of time to let it heal. After a couple of months recovery, I went back for a follow up visit as my ankle was a little stiff and, at times painful. Again, Joe did some acupuncture and gave some stretches to add to my strengthening exercises. One in particular was very uncomfortable. However, after 3-5 days of the stretching routine it began to feel normal. Throughout each visit, Joe’s enthusiasm and energy has been amazing. So much so, it’s like catching up with a best friend. He explains things well, is very thorough in giving and demonstrating exercises (even taking videos for you on your own phone) and is genuinely out to help you recover and get back into your sport both quickly and safely. I cannot thank Joe enough and highly recommend him as your go-to physiotherapist.

for 12 years now, I run on and off, would train for a marathon 4-6 months, then drop running, and then back again. With the ups & downs in training, and weight as a result I have sadly needed a lot of help from Physios. Hands down Joe March is the best I have seen. Some physios tend to do the same routing for all injuries - Joe doesn't - treats each injury differently. In addition, he spends almost as much time showing you how to strengthen to avoid future injuries as in treating them. Also, he is always there to help - despite his hectic schedule. if needed he'll see you at 6 am or late in the evening. Even though I am no longer living in Hong Kong, Joe is still my go to guy for advise when something hurts...

I have regularly visited both Joe (physio) and Elaine (Chiropractor) for over 6 months. Having experienced many physios and Chiropractors across London, Singapore and Hong Kong, I can safely say this clinic tops them all. Fantastic service, very much willing to spend the time to find the root cause and fix it. Highly skilled and knowledgeable in what they do. Easy booking process too, just WhatsApp the clinic, and many times at short notice. I couldn’t recommend more, thanks for the help!
