Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period & Package Expiration
Packages are available for purchase during the anniversary promotion period, now until November 30, 2025.
There is no limit on the number of packages each client may purchase.
All presale packages are valid for use until December 31, 2026. Unused sessions will automatically expire and are non-refundable.
2. Session Usage
Packages cover: Personal Training, Yoga, Mobility, Pilates, and Sports Massage (60 mins each).
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sessions are 45 minutes each.
Recovery Room Pass includes 45 minutes of exclusive use of sauna & cold plunge (valued at HK$600). Advance booking is required.
Gift sessions, recovery passes, birthday massages (HK$1260 value), and retail discounts vary by tier and are non-cash redeemable.
3. Shareability & Transfers
Only packages marked as “Shareable” may be shared with family or friends.
Non-shareable packages are for the named purchaser only.
Purchasers are responsible for managing shared sessions.
4. Booking & Priority Access
Advance booking is required for all sessions and facilities.
Packages with “Priority Booking” enjoy preferred scheduling.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final.
Exceptional requests (serious illness, relocation) may be considered with valid documentation at management’s discretion.
6. Pricing, Discounts & Perks
Per-session prices, product discounts, and gifted sessions are fixed by package tier.
Cannot be combined with other promotions.
7. Liability Waiver
By purchasing and participating, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical exercise, massage, and movement therapies.
8. Amendments
HKSC+ reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
Notice of changes will be provided to package holders.
