Candice Kwok is an HKPA Titled Women’s Health Physiotherapist with over 16 years of clinical experience. She is deeply committed to providing holistic, evidence-based care for female, male, and pediatric clients. Her practice spans the full pelvic health spectrum, supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause, while offering dedicated rehabilitation for male pelvic health, including incontinence, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction.

Candice believes that a deep understanding of one’s condition is the foundation of a successful rehabilitation journey. She can utilize real-time ultrasound for visual biofeedback (transabdominal and transperineal) alongside comprehensive internal pelvic assessments to help clients truly connect with their anatomy. Candice can further customize treatment plans to address specific individual needs by drawing from a diverse toolkit that includes Hypopressives, acupuncture, and electrotherapy options.

Rooted in a mindful movement-based philosophy, Candice is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor (mat and equipment-based) who helps clients progress beyond symptom management to restore confidence in their body’s resilience. A mother of two herself, Candice brings compassion and realism to her practice, advocating for better pelvic health awareness for all.
