Moriah, a native of Hong Kong, is a former rank 1 junior fencer in Hong Kong and a top 3 fencer in the under-23 age group in Asia, boasting a rich background in competitive sports and healthcare. As one of the youngest achievers in fencing history in Hong Kong, Moriah offers unique insights and understanding into the mindset of athletes. This exceptional achievement fuels her desire to assist clients in reaching their goals from a young age. With a wealth of experience in individual and team sports, including volleyball, Moriah has been involved in acute orthopedic and medical care, emergency department screening service stroke rehab and palliative care in public hospitals, as well as on-field experience with university volleyball teams, shaping her comprehensive approach to healthcare. Driven by a deep passion for sports, empathy for others, and a highly active lifestyle, Moriah is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to well-being and athletic excellence.
