Moriah is a Hong Kong native, former rank 1 junior fencer, and top 3 under-23 fencer in Asia, bringing exceptional experience in competitive sports and healthcare. As one of the youngest achievers in Hong Kong fencing history, Moriah shares unique insights into the athletic mindset-focused on inspiring young people to reach higher and thrive in sports through holistic care and self-awareness.

With a strong background in acute orthopedic and medical care-including emergency department stroke rehab, palliative hospital care, and on-field support for university volleyball teams-Moriah delivers comprehensive rehabilitation for both team and individual athletes. She is particularly skilled in managing ankle sprains, scoliosis, youth injuries (including Osgood-Schlatter disease), and shoulder impingements, and is keen to help more clients overcome these challenges.
Moriah is passionate about strengthening and conditioning for fencing and youth athletes, developing tailored prehab programs to foster long-term resilience, prevent injuries, and support peak performance from an early age.
