Stephanie began her yoga practice after graduation as a way to relieve work pressure, despite having no prior sports background. Through consistent practice, she discovered that strengthening is the key to building both physical and mental connection and power. This realization led her to pursue weight training and complete her certification as a personal fitness trainer.
Today, Stephanie integrates yoga and strength training to help students find balance in mobility, flexibility, and strength—the three pillars she believes are essential for sustainable movement and overall wellbeing.
