Tiffany Ip

Position: Physiotherapist
Categories: Physiotherapists

After graduating from the University of Birmingham, Tiffany developed a diverse and robust clinical foundation within the NHS, working across cardiorespiratory, diabetic care, amputee rehabilitation, and elderly care.
Since transitioning to private musculoskeletal practice in London, Tiffany has focused on delivering high-level care across three core pillars. First, Sports Performance. She treated athletes ranging from runners and cross-fitters to dancer and team-sports players (basketball, football, tennis). Second, optimising Spinal Health. She managed debilitating neck pain, back pain, and chronic headaches. Third, she focuses in promoting functional longevity. Empowering desk-based professionals to work and live a pain-free life.
Tiffany’s passion is to help you to move from pain relief to peak performance. Her approach to rehabilitation isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” recipe of stretches; instead, she will work with you to create a personalized, evidence-based plan tailored to your lifestyle. By combining manual therapy with Pilates and strength and conditioning, we won’t just resolve your symptoms, we will bulletproof your body against future injury.
Beyond the Clinic, Tiffany’s interest in physiotherapy stems from a lifetime of being active—from basketball running and ice skating to jazz and hip-hop dance. When she is not in the clinic, you’ll find her in the dance studio, at the gym, running, or exploring the city’s best bakeries and coffee shops.
