Physiotherapy that ends
with a plan, not a diary
Assessed once, given a written plan with the phases and the likely number of visits, and reviewed on schedule until you finish it. Eighteen physiotherapists across three Hong Kong clinics.
No referral needed to book. Central · Kai Tak · Tin Hau.
Your first visit
What actually happens on day one
Every first appointment follows the same three steps.
-
01
First visit
A full assessment
History, movement screening and hands-on examination, with enough time to reach a diagnosis rather than start treating blind.
-
02
Same visit
A clear diagnosis
You are told what is causing the problem and what is not, in plain language, before any treatment is proposed.
-
03
In writing
A plan you keep
Your phases, the likely number of visits and the review dates, written down. No mandatory packages and no open-ended diary.

Stabilise, then build
Settle the pain and protect the area, then load it properly with rehab and coaching so it holds up under real life.

Resilience, reviews, finish
Scheduled reviews, a maintenance plan you own, and a planned discharge instead of an open-ended diary.

I cannot thank my therapist Moriah enough!
Two weeks ago I had a sudden onset of severe lower back pain. Moriah provided incredibly patient, attentive and professional treatment. She quickly identified the exact cause of my pain and effectively relieved it using a variety of techniques.
More importantly, she gave me so much encouragement throughout the treatment.
If you are looking for a reliable therapist, look no further than Moriah!

Fantastic tendon pain treatment - I had micro needling and shock wave therapy done by Ava - I went from limping to walking normally and even running in the space of two sessions. Absolutely recommended.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bill for over 3 years, and I cannot recommend him enough. He was an absolute blessing during my recovery from a severe cycling accident. I am now in the post-recovery phase, but I continue to see him regularly for ongoing shoulder and neck pain related to my injuries.
What sets Bill apart is his dual expertise in both chiropractic care and physiotherapy. He doesn't just offer a quick fix or a band-aid solution—he gives actionable advice and exercises focused on long-term health and mobility. If you are looking for a knowledgeable practitioner for injury rehabilitation or chronic pain management, Bill is the best.

I came to Dr. Bill with lower back pain and a rounded back and shoulders. Week by week, he focused on my back, and the difference has been incredible. My pain is gone, my posture has improved so much, and I feel far more confident in how I carry myself. If you're dealing with back pain or poor posture, I highly recommend Dr. Bill. He truly changed my life!

Huge thanks to Dr. Bill (Chiropractor) and Bobby Wong (Physiotherapist). Thanks to their expertise, my 8-year battle with lower back pain is completely gone. Anyone dealing with back issues from office work needs to come see them!

FAQ
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No referral is needed to see a physiotherapist with us. If your insurer requires one for reimbursement we will tell you at the first contact, before you book.
How many sessions will I need?
You are told at the assessment, in writing, not session by session. The plan sets out the phases, the likely number of visits and the review points, and it is yours to keep.
Do I have to commit to a package?
No. There are no mandatory multi-session packages and no high-pressure sales. You can stop at any point, and the plan is yours to take elsewhere if you prefer.
What should I wear?
Something you can move in. For a lower-limb or back problem, shorts help; for a shoulder or neck problem, a vest or a loose top. If you are coming straight from the office we have space to change.
Can I claim on my insurance?
Most major Hong Kong insurers reimburse treatment with our registered physiotherapists. We issue itemised receipts with registration numbers; direct billing depends on your scheme, so send us your insurer and we will check before you book.
Physio, chiro or TCM: which do I need?
That is what the first assessment decides. Every pathway starts the same way, and because all disciplines sit under one roof you are moved to the right practitioner rather than referred out.
