Chinese Herbal Medicine
A holistic approach that uses natural plant-based ingredients to promote healing and balance within the body. Tailored to individual needs, these formulas address various health concerns, support overall wellness, and enhance the body’s natural healing processes. By combining ancient wisdom with modern understanding, Chinese Herbal Medicine aims to restore harmony and vitality.

Acupunture
- A traditional healing practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and restore balance. This technique works particularly well for headache, muscle pain, sleep disorder, stress and other sub-health conditions.
- Facial acupuncture: can reduce wrinkles, lift sagging skin, eliminate fine lines and improve skin complexion and texture.

Cupping
An ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practice that involves suctioning or vacuuming sections of the body. The cups are heated by swabbing rubbing alcohol on the bottom and then lighting the cup. It can also be done by placing an inverted cup over a flame to aid in suctioning.

Moxibustion
A form of ancient heat therapy in which a moxa stick made of an herb named Chinese-Mugwort/Ai-ye is burnt and held over the surface of skin, corresponding to selected acupuncture points. The purpose is to invigorate the flow of Qi and warm up the inner environment of the body as well as dispelling certain pathogens.

Gua Sha (Scraping)
A traditional Chinese technique that involves gently scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool, typically made of jade or other materials, to promote circulation, relieve tension, reduce inflammation, and stimulate body’s natural healing process. It can also be applied to the face, to achieve a rejuvenated and lifted appearance.

Womb Lifting Massage
A holistic practice that focuses on nurturing and supporting the reproductive system. This gentle massage technique aims to improve circulation, relieve tension, and promote hormonal balance, enhancing overall well-being. By targeting the lower abdomen and surrounding areas, it helps women reconnect with their bodies and supports reproductive health.
