Kayden is a Hong Kong–born physiotherapist and NSCA–certified strength & conditioning coach, passionate about human movement and helping people reach their full potential. He guides clients of every level, from restoring health and preventing injuries, to building lasting fitness and chasing performance excellence. Kayden believes progress is built on moving well, staying injury-free, and growing strong with confidence.

His background spans basketball, weightlifting, martial arts, running, snowboarding, and more—allowing him to connect with athletes and active people from diverse disciplines. Kayden brings a keen eye for analyzing and optimizing movement, helping clients overcome limitations, correct inefficient patterns, and build strong, sustainable foundations for lifelong resilience.

With a special commitment to youth development, Kayden supports young athletes through growth-related injury management and encourages a broad movement approach to reduce overuse, build resilience, and maximize development.
